Blocking and Unblocking a SmartApp

A published SmartApp can be blocked, if it receives a lot of user complaints or when our monitoring tools detect its integration having degraded. In this case, users will no longer be able to connect your devices (the previously connected devices will still work).

A blocking does not happen immediately: if there is a problem, we will contact you first and request you to correct the errors.

You can unlock a locked SmartApp: fix the bugs and let us know about it by replying to our bug report email or via SmartMarket Studio support.
