Workspace registration with SmartMarket Studio
Before you create an integration with Sber Smart Home you need to register your workspace with SmartMarket Studio – this is where you will add projects.
There are two types of workspaces:
Corporate workspace. One for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. If you are a company representative, to integrate with Smart Home, you will need to create a workspace of this type and have your company verified. Legal entities can obtain their "Salute! Smart Home" badge.
Please note that if your company is not a manufacturer of devices but rather represents a manufacturer in Russia, you should create workspace for your company, rather than for the manufacturer company.
Besides, please keep in mind that only one corporate workspace is possible per account owner. The account owner is the corporate workspace owner by default and cannot waive the owner's rights: you cannot register a workspace with your account and then transfer it to somebody else.
Personal workspace. One for individual developers. If you register such a workspace, this will allow you to create a fully-functional integration, but not to receive the "Salute! Smart Home" badge.
To create a workspace:
- Go to SmartMarket Studio.
- If you are already registered, logon to your personal account section. If not, get registered. Read the SmartMarket Studio Help to learn how to do this.
- If you have created a new account, fill out your profile: click the icon
, select Profile settings, then enter your first and last name and save the changes. - In the left part of the screen, click on this icon , enter the name of your workspace and select its type: corporate or personal.
- Click on Create a workspace.
