Each account owner can add other users to their space for collaborative testing, development, and project administration. Up to 20 users can be invited to a private space, and up to 500 users can be invited to a corporate space.
How to invite users
You can invite users to your private or corporate space in the following ways:
- Personally, by phone number or email.
- Using an automatically generated link.
Personal invitation
Through personal invitations, you can invite users who registered with SmartMarket Studio to your space. To do this, you will need the email address or phone number with which the user registered in SmartMarket Studio.
To generate a personal invitation:
- Click the add users button in the upper-right corner of the space.
- Click Invite member.
- In the Personal invitation field, enter the email or Russian phone number linked to the user's Sber ID.
- Select a role for the new user. To learn more about roles, see User roles.
- Click Generate link.
- Send the link to the user in any way you like. Personal invitations are valid for two days. If the user fails to activate the invitation, the link becomes invalid.
After the user clicks through the link, they will see a new space in their account.
Invitation by link
Invitation by link means that any SmartMarket Studio user who clicks through the generated link can join your space. For security reasons, such users are assigned the tester role with minimal rights by default. You can change the role of such users manually as soon as you see them in your team list.
To generate the link:
- Click the add users button in the upper-right corner of the space.
- Click Invite member.
- In the Invite by link field, click Update link.
- Copy the link and send it to the user in any way you like.
Only one invitation by link can be created for one space. The link has no expiration date. It will remain active until you delete it. To change the invitation, delete the old one and generate a new one.
If you deleted a user who joined your space through a link, they will not be able to re-enter the space through the same link. However, if the user exited the space on their own, the link will still work for them.
