Integration project blocking and unblocking by Sber Smart Home

A posted integration project may be reverted to the "Draft" status in the following cases:

• many users complain about the integration;
• our monitoring tools witness degradation of your integration.

In this case, users will no longer be able to connect your devices.

Blocking will not occur at once: if problems arise, we shall first write or call you and ask to eliminate errors.

To have your project re-posted, eliminate errors and re-submit the integration for moderation. For more on this, read section Step 5. Project moderation and posting.
