We have prepared detailed and up-to-date Sber Smart Home manuals: sberdevices.ru/help/smarthome/third-party-devices/. Use them to train your customer service – if users of your devices encounter difficulties while using Sber Smart Home and ask you for help, you will be able to give advice.

If your devices have passed certification and your customer service failed to solve the user's problem itself, you may recommend to such user to contact Sber Smart Home support service:

• Call 900 (free for mobile calls from inside Russia) or +7 495 500-55-50 (from anywhere in the world at the mobile provider's rates).
