Step 3. Having your devices certified

Certification is similar to moderation that you may have passed as you created your integration – we again verify that devices can be correctly controlled via Sber Smart Home. Certification, however, is performed not for one-two selected deices in each category, but strictly for each device (SKU) you want to mark with the badge.

The following will be checked during certification:

• Correctness of the data indicated in SmartMarket Studio: your cloud access parameters, links to your app, logo and brand name.
• Integration operability: whether account linking works, and whether your accounts can be managed via Sber Smart Home.

There are two ways to undergo certification:

• By sending the devices to Sber offices for testing. We shall test integration ourselves and notify you if something won't work.
• Via video conferencing. You prepare a test bed and a test account that meet our requirements, and demonstrate integration operability during the video call.
