Certification via video conferencing
Make sure that the information you indicated in SmartMarket Studio when creating your Cloud-to-Cloud project, is correct.
Make sure that you have completed the self-testing of the Cloud-to-Cloud project.
Email us at smarthome@sberdevices.ru, indicating that you want certify yor devices via video conferencing. We will reach out to you to agree on the date and time of the video call.
Prepare the test bed that you will use to demonstrate device operation. Requirements:
- The test bed should contain all the devices (SKUs) you want to be marked with the badge.
- Each device, device ID and manufacturer logo must be visible via the camera.
Prepare the test user account for your Smart Home. Add to it all SKUs being tested. You will hand over that account's login and password to us for the testing period – we will connect to Sber Smart Home on behalf of your Smart Home user.
On the fixed day and time, connect to the video call and demonstrate integration and devices operability to the moderators.
In case of successful verification, send to smarthome@sberdevices.ru:
- List of tested devices, indicating their official names.
- Photos of all tested devices, showing their ID and manufacturer's logo.
- Stock numbers of devices.
- Links to device cards in your online store or on your website. If devices are not yet available for sale, send device cards in PDF.
From time to time, check your email: we will send an email, confirming that your SKUs are certified.
After receiving it, you can send a request for placement of the "Salute! Smart Home" badge on product packaging and on your website.
Please note that only certain devices (SKUs) are deemed certified. We will list them in our letter. If you wish to certify new devices, you need to repeat the certification cycle, testing those devices and providing us with their photos and description.
