Passing certification by sending devices to Sber offices
Make sure that the information you indicated in SmartMarket Studio when creating your Cloud-to-Cloud project, is correct.
Make sure that that the project has been self-tested.
Prepare the devices you will send to Sber Smart Home offices for moderation, at least one device from each category.
Email us at smarthome@sberdevices.ru to notify that you wish to undergo certification and are ready to send the devices to Sber offices. In a reply email we will advise the address to which the devices need to be delivered.
Wait until the devices are tested. It normally takes a week to complete. When the testing is completed, we will send you a letter either confirming that the integration is correct and requesting information on devices (see below) or asking you to correct the mistakes.
In case of successful verification, send to smarthome@sberdevices.ru:
- List of tested devices, indicating their official names.
- Photos of all tested devices, showing their ID and manufacturer's logo.
- Stock numbers of devices.
- Links to device cards in your online store or on your website. If devices are not yet available for sale, send device cards in PDF.
From time to time, check your email: we will send an email, confirming that your SKUs are certified.
After receiving it, you can send a request for placement of the "Salute! Smart Home" badge on product packaging and on your website.
Please note that only certain devices (SKUs) are deemed tested. We will list them in our letter. If you wish to certify new devices, you need to repeat the certification cycle, testing those devices and providing us with their photos and description.
