To locate the "Salute! Smart Home" badge on product packaging and on your website:

  1. Download the graphic materials and instructions for their use:

  2. According to the received graphic materials and instructions, prepare and send us for checking:

    • A package template for each device you want to mark with the badge. The template must be provided in its final version for printing and have the "Salute! Smart Home" badge.
    • A device instruction template. This template should also be finalized. Should the manual contain references to Sber Smart Home, we will check whether they are correct: names, connection instructions, etc.
    • A template of your website with the badge. We will check whether the badge is located pursuant to the rules.
  3. From time to time, check your email in order not to miss our letter with the results of the materials checking. The coordination normally takes about a week.

If all documents are correct, and templates are compliant to our requirements, the letter will allow for using the badge by locating it on certain SKUs and on the website. Should we find any mistakes, we will indicate them in the letter and ask you to correct them. When ready, send the materials again to smarthome@sberdevices.ru.

Please note that the badge use permission is granted for only certain devices (SKUs), that are listed in the permitting letter. If you want to place the badge on packages of devices for which you have not yet received permission, prepare packaging templates and instructions and send them to us for verification.

Attention! If you want to locate the badge on third-party websites or in online stores, email us to smarthome@sberdevices.ru. Such location shall be coordinated independently.
