Transfer to operator block

This block adds an option to continue the conversation with a support employee using the Jivo service.
When working with the smartapp, the transfer to the operator is displayed as a list card.
Transfer to operator is only available in SmartBot projects and is not supported in the test widget.
The block contains an optional field Message to user. The field contains information that is only displayed to the user when they start a conversation with the operator.
