Cancel controller integration with Sber cloud

If you want that the customer's Sber Smart Home no longer displays wired devices from the controller, it is not necessary to delete the controller integration with Sber cloud. Customer may unlink its Sber ID account from the wired smart home – all devices from the controller will disappear from Sber Smart Home, and the customer will not see them in the Salute app and on devices with Salute assistants. The controller will however remain linked to the cloud: it will be possible to return the wired devices to Sber Smart Home by simply passing them to the customer's account once again.

If you want to break the link completely and remove the customer controller's access to Sber Smart Home cloud:

  1. Ask the customer to unlink his/her Sber ID account with the wired smart home. Wired devices will be no longer visible in Sber Smart Home, the customer will be able to control them only via your app or control panel.
    If you don't do this, the wired home devices will remain in the customer's Sber Smart Home, even when the controller will no longer be able to access the cloud. Wired devices will remain visible in the device list, but they will be unreachable – the customer will not be able to control these devices. If you change the controller configuration and add or delete devices, these changes will not be visible in the customer's Sber Smart Home, either.

    The customer will be able to unlink his/her Sber ID account from the wired smart home later – this possibility always remains open in the Salute app.

  2. In SmartMarket Studio, open the integration project.

  3. On the

    tab, find the controller you are about to close access to Sber cloud.

  4. In the controller line, click on Regenerate. The cloud access password will change and the customer's controller will no longer be able to connect to Sber cloud – to do so, it will be necessary to enter the new password in the SberDevices IoT Agent app on the controller.

    If in the future you want to return the wired smart home devices in Sber Smart Home, you will need to re-authorize controller in the Sber cloud, import the devices and pass them to the customer's Sber ID account.
