Viewing the number of interaction errors

The report shows processing of how many queries resulted in an error. Statistics may be viewed from two standpoints:
- All interaction errors. These include availability verification errors, as well as device control or account management errors. For example, this viewing standpoint includes cases where accounts could not be linked, or cases where the webhook responded with an error to a device list query.
- Number of devices with errors. Allow to view the number of devices that caused errors during availability verification or while controlled.
To view a report:
In SmartMarket Studio, open your workspace. Select the project you need.
In the left part of the screen, click on
and open Errors tab.Select period and detail level. Graphs showing the aggregate number of all errors will be displayed. Point the cursor at a date to see the number of errors.
To switch to a graph showing devices and errors only, click on Number of devices with errors in the left side of the page.
