Having integration moderated via video conferencing
Make sure that the information indicated by you in SmartMarket Studio is correct.
Make sure that integration self-check was completed.
In SmartMarket Studio, open your workspace, select the integration project and click on Submit for moderation. Your project's status in SmartMarket Studio will change to Moderation. It will not be possible to make any new changes to the project until moderation is complete.
To speed up the process, write an email to smarthome@sberdevices.ru requesting moderation. In this letter, indicate the integration project name and emergency contacts: names, positions, emails and telephones of contact employees.
Moderatorrs will contact you by email or phone – you will be able to fix the data and time of the video call.
Prepare the test bed that you will use to demonstrate device operation. Requirements:
At least one device of each category you are integrating with Sber Smart Home must be present on the test bed.
Each device, device ID and manufacturer logo must be visible via the camera.
Prepare the test user account for your Smart Home. Add to it all devices being tested. You will hand over that account's login and password to us for the testing period – we will connect to Sber Smart Home on behalf of your Smart Home user.
On the fixed day and time, connect to the video call and demonstrate integration operability to the moderators.
Once moderation is successfully completed, the project status will change to Published. Your integration will be posted and will be available to users in the Salute app: they will be able to connect your devices and to use them in Sber Smart Home.
If an error is identified in the moderation process, the project status will change to Draft. Correct the errors and re-submit your integration for checking.
